In 2021 Emerald contracted with Columbia Care in Colorado to help provide tenant improvement services at two locations. In Denver, Emerald help swap out over 5,000 lights and replaced them with new LED light fixtures. Emerald also installed 2 new Rad Source units, which included new stainless steel piping and electrical service upgrades. In Trinidad, Emerald provided more tenant improvements as we installed 2 new Cultiva HVAC units to help transform an old Mom and Veg room into a new state of the art drying room. In addition we installed new Epoxy flooring, PVC wall liners, provided minor Greenhouse repairs and field maintenance work.
