In 2019 Emerald completed this 10,000 SF extraction facility in Louisville, CO. The tenant finish retrofit included new office space, CO2 extraction, ethanol extraction and a production lab. Emerald was able to help save the client money by engineering the equipment install. The construction was completed ahead of schedule and within budget.
