In 2021 Emerald worked with Epicurean Butter on their new 30,000 SF new headquarters and distribution facility in Thornton, CO. The design and program maximized every SF possible to provide a seamless workflow from start to finish. The state-of-the-art facility features 5,000 SF office space, 10,000 SF of production, 10,000 SF of warehouse shipping and receiving, and 5,000 SF of cooler and freezer. Emerald helped this client work through a compressed schedule to help minimize production down time for the move and transition into the new space.
