In 2019 Emerald contracted with Harvest to help build Utah’s first grow facility. The 5,000 SF in-door grow facility features modular grow pods built within an existing warehouse structure. Emerald worked closely with Harvest to help value engineer over $2M off initial design cost estimates. The project went through 4 different design iterations to accommodate Harvest’s program under a very aggressive schedule. The final design result ended up with 9 stackable grow pods and working platforms.
