Emerald had the distinct pleasure and opportunity to participate in a Discovery Channel Plus TV program focused on flipping an 800 SF dispensary in less than 1 week. The program is schedule to air April 2022. Emerald started with a basic concept provided by the show’s design team and within 1 week provided an absolute gut check. New flooring, new walls, new wood veneer panels with LED back lights, new pendent lights, and new paint all went into this remarkable tenant finish turnaround. The owner and design team were very pleased with Emerald’s performance wtihin this short time.
