In 2018 Emerald worked with Honey Smoked Fish on their new 35,000 SF new headquarters and distribution facility in Denver, CO. The project had many unique design aspects to the program to include 5,000 SF of office space, 15,000 SF of production space, and 15,000 SF of storage, shipping and receiving. To help separate raw vs. cooked operations, the space was designed with colored epoxy flooring. Blue represented freezer/cooler activities, and Red represented cooking and smoker activities.
