In 2018 Emerald completed this 16,000 SF tenant finish for McKesson Health and Rocky Mountain Cancer Center. The space located in Sky Ridge MOB 1 was designed by Davis Partnership Architects. It features a Siemens PET/CT, exam rooms, procedure rooms, hot lab, pharmacy, infusion rooms, nurse station, office space, research office, medical records, restrooms, storage, conference room, break room, reception desk and waiting area.
