In 2021 Emerald completed this 5,800 SF addition for St Luke’s in Erie, CO. The new south wing includes 4 classrooms and 1 large wide-open great room to be used as their new social hall. The exterior construction consists of a stucco finish, stone veneer wainscoting and a beautiful rough timber pergola entrance.
